At WinCampaign, we want you to feel confident in your membership. If you are unsatisfied within 7 days of your initial sign-up, you’re eligible for a full refund—no questions asked.

Cancel Anytime – No Lock-In Contracts

We understand that business needs change. You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time, but refunds are not available after the 7-day initial sign-up period.

You can cancel anytime, but refunds aren’t available. Don’t worry—you’ll still have full access to the hub and services until the end of your current billing period.

Annual Plan Policy

• The first annual payment covers 12 months and is non-refundable after 7 days.
• You may downgrade or cancel after completing your first full year.

3-Month Payment Plan Flexibility

We offer flexibility with our 4-5 month payment plan:

✔️ You may request a one-time payment skip, allowing you to defer one monthly payment without penalty.

✔️ If the next month’s payment is not made, access to the WinCampaign Hub and done-for-you social media services (WinBiggest Plan) will be on hold until payment is received. Once reactivated, services will continue where they left off.

✔️ You can cancel or pause your subscription anytime, but no refunds will be issued—even if cancellation is requested within 7 days of a renewal payment.

3-Month Payment Plan: Paused or Cancelled Subscriptions

• Paused Payments: If you pause your payments, you’ll still have access to the WinCampaign Hub until the end of your current billing period. Once you resume payments, your access will be restored.

• Cancelled Subscriptions: If you cancel, your Hub access will end after your current period. If you’re on the WinBiggest Plan, your social media services will also stop after the current period.
